Ingredients

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 cup butter, melted

36 small stuffed green olives

1 dash paprika

Preparation

Blend cheese and flour together. Add butter and mix thoroughly into dough. Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive. Place olive balls on ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Chill for one hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
