Ingredients
2 bags Frozen Shredded Potatoes
.5 pint Half & Half
.5 pint Whipping Cream
5 tablespoons Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
1 stick Butter
Preparation
In a 9 x 13 pan, layer potatoes, cubes of butter and seasoning salt.
Combine half & half and whipping cream. Pour over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
