Ingredients
1/4 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Shallots, minced (1 large)
1 tablespoon Honey
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
6 cups Baby arugula
Small pieces 1/8 of a seedless watermelon, cut up into
1 cup Mint, julienned
2 ounces Feta crumbles
2 ounces Candied walnuts
Preparation
Whisk together first 7 ingredients
Place arugula, watermelon, mint, feta, and walnuts in a salad bowl
Drizzle dressing over salad
