Ingredients

3 tablespoon Kosher salt

4 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup tomato paste

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1 1/2 cups Pomi chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup Pasta water

Preparation

Blend salt, olive oil, tomato paste and red pepper flakes on med. heat for 4 minutes.

After Penne pasta is cook add tomatoes and 1/4 cup pasta water to pasta plus other ingredients.

Serve with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
