Ingredients
4 Apples
6 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
3 cups Sugar
1 Puff Pastry
Preparation
Cut apples side ways and lay flat in a tray
melt sugar in pot over a hob to make caramel
pour the caramel over the apples
place the puff pastry over the apples
score it with knife gently
bake at 180C for 20 minutes
