Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Almonds
2 cups Mom’s Best Crispy Cinnamon Rice Cereal
1/4 cup Roasted Chopped Hazlenuts
1/3 cup Shelled Pistachios
1/2 cup Broken Cinnamon Apple Chips (skin-on)
1/4 cup Apple Juice Concentrate (thawed)
1/4 cup Almond Butter
Preparation
Heat oven to 250°. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix first five ingredients in medium bowl. Stir together apple juice concentrate and almond butter in small bowl or measuring cup. Pour over ingredients in bowl.
•Bake 20 minutes; stir, bake about 15-20 minutes longer, or until lightly browned. Break into small clusters.
