Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Almonds
2 cups Mom’s Best Crispy Cinnamon Rice Cereal
1/4 cup Roasted Hazelnuts (Chopped)
1/3 cup Shelled Pistachios
1/2 cup Cinnamon-Apple Chips (Broken + Skin-On)
1/4 cup Apple Juice Concentrate (Thawed)
1/4 cup Almond Butter
Preparation
Heat oven to 250° and line baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix almonds, Mom’s Best Crispy Cinnamon Rice Cereal, hazelnuts, pistachios and cinnamon-apple chips in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, stir together the apple juice concentrate and almond butter. Pour over ingredients in the medium bowl.
Bake 20 minutes; stir, bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until slightly brown.
Break into small clusters. Pack in your to-go bag, and enjoy!
