Ingredients

2 pound dried pinto beans

2 onions, chopped

1 pound bacon, chopped

2 jalapenos

3 cups chicken broth

2 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 can tomato paste

2 tablespoon italian seasoning

Preparation

cook dried beans in pressure cooker for no more than 30 minutes

saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil for ~10 minutes. Add black pepper, italian seasoning and cayenne. Cook another 3 minutes

Add beans, onion mix and stock to large pot along with other ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer for at least one hour
