Ingredients

3 tablespoons Chile Powder

2 1/2 teaspoons Cumin Powder

1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Powder

1 pinch Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/3 cup Canola Oil

1 cup Broth

2 tablespoons White Flour

6 ounces Tomato Paste

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Preparation

Combine in a skillet the Oil, and Chile Powder and cook for about 1 minute.

Slowly mix in the flour, broth, Tomato Paste and remaining spices and bring to a gentle boil, stirring continuously.

Allow the sauce to cool down, and use immediately or pour into a container for later.
