Ingredients

4 Large Tomatoes, coarsely chopped

3/4 Sweet Onion, chopped

2 1/2 tablespoons Living Basil, chopped

1 12 inch baguette, cut into 3/4 inch slices

3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 dash Salt

1 dash Pepper

1/3 cups Balsamic Vinegar

1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit(190 celsius)

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, basil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Grate the Parmesan cheese and cut the bread into 3/4 inch slices.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and cover with tomato mixture and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until bread is golden brown.
