This weekend, I made my recipe for Hawaiian Slow Cooker Pulled Pork in the slow cooker. The leftovers are great for pizza! I spread some BBQ sauce on a piece of Naan bread, evenly placed pulled pork over the pizza, and topped it with mozzarella cheese. If you have an air fryer, pizzas like this are super easy to make in there and they don’t require a lot of cooking time. Just preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook the pizza for 5 minutes. I find it easier to set the crust in the air fryer basket first and then put all the toppings on it.
How to Make Pulled Pork Pizza
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layout the naan bread on a large baking sheet. Spread the barbeque sauce evenly over the naan bread. Then evenly distribute the pulled pork on top of the pizza and top it with cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown. About 12 minutes. While the pizza is cooking prepare all the toppings. Chop the pineapple, cilantro, and onions and set aside. When the pizza is ready top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy! Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Place the naan bread in your air fryer basket. Spread the bbq sauce evenly over the bread. Then the pork and top with cheese. Air fry for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
Ingredients
Pork - Follow this recipe for Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pulled Pork before making this pizza. The pulled pork already has to be made. Naan Bread - I use Naan bread or flatbread to make my pizzas all the time. For WW I’d suggest a FlatOut Wrap. BBQ Sauce - Use your favorite store-bought brand or make your own. WW use a reduced sugar BBQ Sauce. Toppings - I used fresh cilantro, diced avocado, and canned pineapple for pizza toppings.
