Air Fryer Lamb

If you are a returning visitor, you will know that I love to cook roasts in the air fryer. I have made air fryer roast chicken, air fryer ham, air fryer roast duck, air fryer roast beef and many, many others. My favourite in the air fryer oven though, is air fryer leg of lamb. We had a large bone in leg of lamb on one shelf and roast potatoes on the other. The delicious juices of the lamb fell onto the potatoes making the best air fryer roast potatoes that you have ever tried. Though, from reader feedback, I often got asked how to replicate it for the air fryer basket. After all, there is no way you are going to be able to fit a big leg of lamb in the Ninja Foodi or the Philips Air Fryer, so what is the solution. A boneless leg of lamb of course, cut to the size of the air fryer basket. Dominic cut in half a massive boneless leg of lamb I had so that I could dump it into the air fryer basket and cook it with roast potatoes. This recipe is the result and I am super excited to be sharing with you today how to cook air fryer lamb.
