How do you make green beans taste good?
I’m not really a fan of green beans. Fresh to be exact. I prefer the French Style green beans right out of the can. Call me crazy! I found a way to make fresh green beans taste good. You wrap them in bacon, just like you make about anything else taste good. If you don’t like bacon then that is your own fault.
How do you make bacon wrapped green beans?
Trim the ends off the green bean. Place the green beans in a pot and boil them for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the green beans to an ice water bath to stop the cooking. Take about 5 green beans and wrap them up in a slice of bacon. The bacon must be raw. Lay the bundles down on a sheet pan about 2 inches apart and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes.
Do you have to cut off the ends of the green beans?
My green beans came in a bag and the ends were already cut off. If you get fresh ones you will have to trim the little ends off.
