Ingredients

1/2 ounce Lemon juice

1 ounce Portland Syrups Citrus-Passion

1/2 ounce NA Gin

2 pieces Fresh Passion Fruit

1 bottle DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker add ice, lemon juice, syrup, passion fruit pulp with seeds, and NA Gin.

Vigorously shake until the mixture is extremely cold. About 30 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a martini glass, top with very cold Vanilla Botanical Bubbly.

Garnish with half a fresh passion fruit.
