There is an endless amount of zucchini recipes on the interweb. Just do a Google or Pinterest search and you’ll be presented with more recipes made with this vegetable than you could imagine. And while I’m sure there are many good ones out there that include this healthy vegetable, all the ones I’ve listed below are tried and true. And let me tell you, these are easy zucchini recipes that really stand out!

Healthy Zucchini Bread Recipe

Even though this is a bread loaf recipe, I’ve labeled it as a cake. This has to be one of the moistest cakes I’ve ever had. The fresh zucchini adds so much moisture. This bread is full of fruits and vegetables and is a huge crowd pleaser!
