I bought my first air fryer back in 2011 and my first instant pot back in 2016. I love them both and right now both are being used in the kitchen as I am writing to you. The air fryer is cooking some vegetables and the instant pot is cooking some meat. Working together they are fantastic for quick and easy breakfast, lunch, and dinners. But there are also many differences between the air fryer and the instant pot and as a beginner, you are probably wondering which one is better for you. That is why I wanted to dedicate episode 1 of the podcast to the instant pot vs air fryer.
